Katie uses a dip style pen for her hand-written services. Each card features her ornate yet playful hand in the ink color of your choice.

Ordering Information

• Fill out the online calligraphy request form here.
• You'll be notified within a few business days if your time slot is available.
• Pay $25 deposit to reserve your spot.
• Mail us your envelopes/materials. Include a minimum of 15% extra envelopes to account for human error, ink smudges, and changes in guest lists.
• Average turnaround time is 30 days upon receipt of envelopes and guest list.
• Guest lists must be typed out in text edit, email or on a word doc exactly how they should read on the envelope.
• We accept Paypal, check and cash. Final payment is due upon completion before order is shipped. We ship USPS Priority flat rate boxes. Actual shipping costs are added to the final invoice.
• No refunds. If we make a mistake, please let us know within 5 days of receipt and we will correct the mistake and ship back to you at no additional cost.

Calligraphy Pricing

• Outer envelope: $2.50 ea (four lines, each addl. line $.25 ea)
• Outer and inner envelope: $3.50 each set
• Outer, inner and reply envelopes: $5 each set
• Place cards $1.50 ea
• Colored Ink: Anything but black is $.25 extra per piece (can mix ink to closely match almost any color needed)
• Dark or lined envelopes: $0.25 extra per envelope
• Rush fee (orders needed sooner than 30 days): $50 additional fee
• $20 set up fee required. This covers ink and paper preparation time, such as centering your text, erasing pencil lines, etc.
• $25 deposit required to reserve your time slot
