How much does Concrete Lace charge for bulk orders of a card design?
6-15 cards: $4.15 ea
15-30 cards: $4.00 ea
30-50 cards: $3.85 ea
50-100 cards: $3.60 ea
100+ cards: $3.20 ea

Can I change the color of one of your designs?
Yes, but you must order a minimum of 40 in the same color combination. To configure pricing, use the bulk order guide above for your quantity (no less than 40), add $50 set-up fee for the color change. This order will take the custom order turn-around of 6-8 weeks.

Can you take an existing design and change the words on it?
Yes, but you must order a minimum of 40 in the same color combination. To configure pricing, use the bulk order guide above for your quantity (no less than 40), add $50 set-up fee and, depending upon the size of the plate that requires the change, there will also be an additional fee for the cost of the plate. How quickly does Concrete Lace ship Etsy orders?
Most orders are shipped out 3-5 business days after orders are placed. If we are traveling or cannot fulfill this time frame, we will send you a message and let you know asap. We will be happy to refund your order prior to shipment if we are unable to meet your timing needs.

About Custom Orders

How quickly can I get my custom order?
Custom orders generally take 6-8 weeks for return, after the design is 100% signed off on. If you have a job needed faster than 6-8 weeks, please ask. We will be happy to check the schedule to see if we can meet your needs. Note that letterpress printing is a process, so no customjob can be turned around in a few days (or even in a week).

Does Concrete Lace design custom orders?
We can typeset your custom order, or base a design off of one of our existing designs. We do not offer full-scale graphic design services, however we do partner and refer all of our more time-consuming design needs to a graphic designer who can design your custom order for an additonal design fee billed through their company.

What are the minimums for custom?
We can print orders from 40 and up. Just note that the smaller the quantity, the more expensive the "each price" will be. The cost is in the labor-intensive set up and clean up involved with letterpress, and the high-cost plates that have to be custom manufactured per-order. Please fill out our custom order form for an estimate if your needs meet these minimums.

What methods of payment does Concrete Lace accept?
We accept payment via PayPal. With custom orders, we will invoice you to your email address, and through PayPal, you can pay with any major credit card.

What is the process for a custom order?
Client pays 50% upfront deposit, and design and sign-off process will begin. Once the design is signed off on, the custom plate is ordered and the 6-8 week printing schedule will begin. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipment. If you have a job needed faster than 6-8 weeks, please ask, we will be happy to check the schedule to see if we can meet your needs.
